Investments Albania grew out of a simple observation: between a French-speaking investor and an Albanian agency, someone is missing to make the connection and to handle the services. We are that link.
Investments Albania was founded in 2025 by Alain Cavrot and Paula Reyes, Luxembourg residents with extensive international business experience.
We found that European and American investors interested in Albania all run into the same obstacles: listings in Albanian, contacts who are hard to reach, no visibility on how sound the operators are, and an administration whose codes escape a foreigner.
Investments Albania is a company incorporated under Albanian law, registered in Durrës, carrying on an introduction and investment facilitation business. We work with a licensed agency, and it is that agency which handles the transaction.

Alain Cavrot
Co-founder
A company director for more than 25 years, he is the contact for French-speaking investors and leads the relationships with partner agencies as well as the follow-up of each file.
Like our investors, I divide my time between Luxembourg and Durrës; this site is designed to let investors benefit from my own experience in Albania. My role is to seek out the best property, tax and administrative opportunities so as to make the most of your investment.
Paula Reyes
Co-founder
A native Spanish speaker, Paula supports investors from Spain and Latin America throughout their project, from the first question to signature.
Paula has fifteen years of business experience built on client communication and international work.
She is co-manager of Investments Albania and handles contact with investors.
We work with a small number of Albanian estate agencies, all holding a licence to practise, some of them belonging to international networks. We have met them, we know their teams and we follow files through with them to the end.
The name of the agency holding the mandate is given to you as soon as your interest in a property firms up.
